In amongst all the fatuituous responses, I though that at least someone would 
have put in something about reviewing the planned features list for stuff 
that was deferred from 3.3 (or is still TODO, since 3.3 is basically sealed).

I doubt that that is accurate for 4.0, but at least you can have a hint...
