The problem with doing that -- for something that has a wider scope is that 
distribution as part of KDE flags something as KDE specific, even if the 
design doesn't dictate that.

And kdenonbeta, well, is a mess.  It's an annoyance to keep something that's 
mature there just because there's no better location.
