Obviously you have missed "The estimated time frame for completion of 
these key features is end of February.". This date is a soft deadline. 
If by this date not 4 of 6 features are done then we'll decide whether 
it's worth to wait a bit longer (which might be a couple of weeks but 
not another month) or whether we'll release with less than 4 of 6 
features.
