I think we need such an solution in the overall picture; Remote Controls is 
one KCM which needs to be enabled/disabled depending on the environment. Sony 
Viro Laptop is another, so is Laptop Battery.
Unfortunately it's not enough with doing tests on first KDE login, some things 
can change during the "install"(ie. Remove Controls I guess).
