Subject:    Default color scheme unusable for progress bars

Hello,
  While trying to fix bug http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68643, I ran 
into the following problem. The default color scheme for progress bars is as 
follows:
   background - black
   text color - black
   foreground - yellow
This means that progress bar text cannot be seen in the beginning. Where can 
this be fixed? It is fairly easy to fix in KSplash, but a better workaround 
would be to
  (1) either change the default color scheme
  (2) or make sure the colors are different in KProgress

Suggestions? My vote is for (1) since computing color distances to determine 
legibility is not easy.
