Hello,

Currently there are two versions of the accessibility KCM module in kdebase
CVS. The old one, kdebase/kcontrol/access, is compiled by default. The other
one, kdebase/kcontrol/accessibility, is an unfinished re-write by Pupeno,
that is ignored in all Makefiles. In the meantime Pupeno left the KDE
Project. On bugs.kde.org there are components for both the new and the old
version.

IMO this leads to confusion. I have been sent a patch for new "what's
this"-texts based on the new, unfinished and unused version.

I want to suggest that we delete the kcontrol/kcmaccessibility component on
bugs.kde.org and either delete the unfinished rewrite or move it to
kdenonbeta, so that it isn't in the way of KDE 3.2. After KDE 3.2 is finished
we can decide what to do with the rewrite. Maybe it is easier to implement
new features based on the rewrite, maybe not.
