No, if it's a bug fix release, it might be the right thing to upgrade to it= for KDE 3.1.4. KDE 3.2 is fair terrority.. (http://developer.kde.org/development-versions/kde-3.2-release-plan.html could use a little adjustment to work in Lynx though, the week by week of what is allowed is tough to spot without colors and it's KDE policy not to use colors as indication of good/bad, maybe we should apply the same to our web family.
