That allows it t= o=20 continue further even when programmers stopped working on the book and aren= 't=20 available anymore. Then the KDE e.V. can still publish it. I guess that's i= n=20 everyone's interest; it should however have an authors section and a credit= s=20 section like any other KDE program.
