The problem is introduced by r1.2 of kicker/share/panner.cpp, reverting that 
change makes kicker tidy again. The problem is that with this change in, the 
background pixmap is placed two pixels too high. Not sure if it should be 
fixed in panner.cpp though, maybe containerarea.cpp should reset the origin?
