Hi,

konquerors shows here the 'Extra Toolbar' whenever you open a new
konqueror window. You can hide the toolbar if you unselect
'Settings-Toolbars-Show Extra Toolbar', but after a restart of
konqueror the toolbar is back again.

Is it a bug in KToolBarAction or a problem with wrong config file
entries?
