i'm using "Click to focus" and it doesn't work. this isn't a Focus Under Mouse 
problem.

yes, i know. but after you right click, a left mouse click will all of a 
sudden work as expected!

this issues seems to be related to the system tray itself having focus rather 
than the actual app window.
