Hello!

For the Kaplan configuration architecture, we need the KCMultiDialog class in
kdelibs (kdeui probably). Currently you can find it in
kdebase/kcontrol/kcontrol/kecdialog.h, the files will be renamed when moving
them on the server. It will do almost the same as calling "kcmshell <module1>
<module2>..." with two exceptions:

1. You are free to choose where your Desktop files are located, so it can be
used for modules that are no kcontrol modules
2. The host application can set the modality
3. kcontrol/HOWTO promisses this class since 2000 :)

The problem is that is it depends on two other classes:

- - KCModLoader (only containing static methods)
- - KCModuleInfo

Those would be private to KControl and KCMultiDialog. The api doc reflects
that.

I to cleaned their APIs up as good as possible, added header documentation and
d-pointers to KCMultiDialog and KCModuleInfo.

Other applications like konq could profit from it, too (The advantage being
the control of modality). Can I move those classes?

Cheers,
  Daniel
