Hi,

I'm using KAccelManager in KAddressBook and after adding a new widget
the whole app crashed. I traced it back to the KAccelManager and
KAccelString::accelerated().
This method calls

	result.insert( m_accel, "&" );

with -1 for m_accel. This causes the crash.
Could somebody with deeper knowledge of the KAccel stuff take a look at
it, why m_accel can get -1 and how to fix it?
