The basic problem, though, is that without icons we're missing any sort of < 
or > indicator. Hmm, looking at a pure QWizard in designer, looks like Qt has 
those indicators in the text - but that the original KWizard code is getting 
rid of them; oh, but the Qt one really isn't RTL-safe
