Those Show-Hide-Toolbar-menu-items only introduce menu-clutter anyways. I'm
sure that 70% of the users out there never ever change their toolbar-settings
at all and that 25% only change it once per application at maximum.

Therefore it only introduces a lot of menu clutter to have those
Show-Hide-Toolbar-items there. Ideally these options would go into "Configure
Toolbars" where one would offer a second tab with a checkbox-enabled listview
displaying all available toolbars. Another advantage of this would be that
one could also offer an "Add/remove toolbar" feature there.

Greetings,
Tackat
