Ok. Sorry then. I thought you should use "Lesser" also for older versions.
Btw, this part of the license note doesn't make sense then:

   This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
   modify it under the terms of the GNU Library General Public
   License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either
   version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.

There is no "later version" of the Library General Public License. So does 
that mean that the license is stuck at version 2?
