*sigh* I guess nobody reads my mails. Maybe I should rather start  to talk to 
/dev/nul these days - that would be much more effective ...

We won't ship two iconthemes with kdelibs. It's out of question in terms of 
size and efforts.

I think it's possible to "fix" it as far as importance of these platforms 
goes. The number of computers which don't support alphablending is already 
quite low so these systems are neither that important nor are the owner of 
these platforms people to aestetics is too important (otherwise they would 
use something better).
