Hi Lars, others!

It becomes more and more apparent that i18n'ized domain names will be
available within the lifetime of current versions of KMail. UseFor, the
Usenet Artice Standard goes Last Call RSN. The latter brings UTF-8 to
Usenet Article headers. One of the requirements is that the UTF-8 used
be invariant under NFC, newsgroup components even under NFKC.
Local-parts of rfc2822 addresses will surely require similar
normalization.

So: Will Qt 3.1 have something along the lines of
  QString & QString::toNF{K,}{C,D}()
and
  bool QString::isNF{,K}{CD}()?

Thanks,
Marc
