I personally have a strong distaste for "monolithic" files like kaction.cpp, 
and would love to break it up.  If David and Simon don't object, I'd like to 
split kaction.cpp into kaction.cpp, kactioncollection.cpp, and 
kactionwidgets.cpp (or something of that sort).
