Hi!

Is there a reason for not using kopenwith_p.h for KApplicationTree and 
KAppTreeListItem? If no one objects I'll move the two classes.

Furthermore is there a reason for KApplicationTree::it? It's public, 
uninitialized and unused. As KApplicationTree is marked internal (and really 
not used anywhere else in KDE according to lxr) it should be BC to remove it. 
Objections to this one?
