Subject:    Give ioslaves the parent app's environment?

Hi,

Can someone with the relevant knowledge say if it would be possible for 
kioslaves to be given the parent app's environment, instead of the 
launcher's?  This is useful if one particular app is running under a 
different language than the rest of KDE.

Oh, and the reason I'm running one app with a different language setting is 
that KDE doesn't have utf8 filename support, so it's the only way to read 
some filenames.
