Hello,

running automake 1.4, autoconf 2.13 here, the patch "New libtool based on 
libtool HEAD with only small changes to make fast_install" in admin/ breaks
here the execution of "make -f Makefile.cvs" with "FATAL ERROR: Autoconf 
version 2.50 or higher is required for this script". If autoconf 2.53 is
installed it complains "configure.in: 2780: required file `admin/ltconfig' 
not found". Sticking kdelibs/admin to -D '2002-03-07' "fixes" the problem.

Folks on #kde say it works for them with 1.5/2.52 and 1.4/2.13. Any idea?
