Matthias and I decided to remove that tab from kcmkicker, as it is something 
that regular users should not be exposed to. The default is to load all 
startup applets and extensions internal. Your old settings are still 
preserved and the config is still parsed, so you can make changes directly to 
kickerrc if needed.
