I have had difficulties myself recently. I don't think it was dcopserver =
not=20
starting, but dcopserver hanging on certain calls. I thought it was only =
a=20
bad build (cvs from 2 days ago), but eventually I tried disabling fam in=20
inetd's config, which allowed KDE to start (I am certain this was the cau=
se,=20
it was reproducable for me). There was also another problem I was having =
with=20
dcop and konqueror getting stuck on http loads on second and subsequent l=
oads=20
of konqueror, giving error messages about "client <insert extended ascii=20
symbols here>". Sometimes when going back to the console, all of the text=
=20
output on the console subsequent to the error message would be extended a=
scii=20
symbols... very wierd.

I dismissed it as just me... but maybe it's not? Should I try to get some=
 more=20
solid details, anyone also seeing this?
