Hi!

Attached is a patch to KDirLister which should fix all the bugs I'm aware of 
right now. Only "missing features" are left :-}

- removed an unneeded var
- implemented FilesAdded (yay, a one-line ;-))
- fixed deleting of items: I need a copy of the QPtrList because stop and
  forgetDirs change it which led to the crash I got
- implemented emitChanges (jippiie :) The changes for mimetype/namefilter
  is still on my HD and not in the patch because there are some "intelligent"
  KDirLister-users out there that delete the filter before setting a new one
  -> doesn't work yet completely
- handleError is private now as it should not be called by anyone, just
  reimplemented, similar thing with the slotPercent etc. methods
- small optimization in matchesFilter
- validURL is virtual now (BIC!)

If nobody objects I'll commit tomorrow evening.
