Well, the beta's don't count. What counts is 3.0 final. And what comes 
after it. As we already need to inlcude kapp.h for 2.x and 
kapplication.h for 3.x, moving the defines to a kdeconfig.h doesn't 
make the situation worse _now_. For the future, it makes the situation 
_better_.
