And IMHO it's not really necessary to ship them with KDE because

1. The DFN-PCA certificate is mostly only useful for people working on 
german universities, etc. It's not of general interest.

2. It's really very easy for the users to import a root certificate. Of 
course they need to know the implications of doing so. I don't think 
this is a problem in this case (DFN) because the administrators of the 
university networks could import the certificate for their users.

Because of those two reason I vote against the inclusion of the DFN-PCA 
certificate into KDE. And this although I work at a german university 
and could certainly use this root certificate. I will simply import it 
on my own.
