Hi,

Doing a "dcopfind kdesktop" right after KDE starts up takes for
ever. (Verified by another user)

However, he got a delay while using a transparent konsole and a hang while
doing it in an Xterm. I got the same hang in a non transparent konsole.

The same 'longer delay' behavior can be seen if you right click on desktop
after startup and try "Run command".

Per

Here is a wiered bt of the "dcopfind kdesktop"
