Great idea (&solution IMHO)! (Actually, I already wondered who needs
the between-standard-sizes..)

/me wishes he had this idea.. ;-)

(Maybe combine the "Custom" entry with some means to make the outcome
more obvious to the user - an extra handle, a message box,..)
