I have a quick lets-fix-this-without-adding-strings idea. Only let Kicker snap
to the predefined sizes (tiny, small, normal, large), unless the user selects
"Custom" from the size menu. Once "Custom" is selected, the user is free to
resize Kicker to any size they wish (i.e., the current behavior).

Another idea would be to make Kicker resizeable -only- in "Custom" mode.

These should be fairly inuitive, and a real solution could be thought up for
3.1.

It's quite configurable in Windows XP.
