That's a bit wrong: you can use uudeview to decode the attachments after a
copy-n-paste from khtml (either in konq or in kbugbuster).
But it's correct that attachments in the initial mail for a bug report creates
trouble, since it prevents the bug system from parsing the "pseudo headers".
That's not a problem with "followup mails" though.
