Yesterday's cvs, cleaned $KDEDIR, new kdelibs, kdebase

And the assigment of ctrl-wheel makes konqueror really unusable, and 
dissimilar to every other Qt app, except Opera, (which has usability problems 
of its own).  How about stuff that breaks Similarity with other apps be 
optional, and disabled by default?

-Charles, who feels like he uses the lists for nothing but complaining, which 
is sadly true.
