That should be "int presentation" (and should really be fixed, it took me
a while to figure out what was meant).

The presentation is an ORed combination of enums, so an int is better here.

The only problem with messageboxes and sound events is, how to make the sound
configurable. If you make it a standard KNotify event, a user could configure
this to popup a messagebox (i.e. a messagebox will be notified with another
messagebox), which would be pretty stupid :) There's no way to prevent such a
configuration currently.
