I tried with something like the following:

	file:/kcmshell useragent

Which doesn't work because the args don't get passed but maybe there
is a way to get the arguments passed?

This works:

	file:/kcontrol

However, it pops up two dialog boxes that user must click okay on
as follows:

First:
	The link file:/opt/kde3/bin/kco...em.
Do you want to follow the link?

Second:
Do you really want to execute 'file:/opt/kde3/bin/kcontrol ?

The first one has the elipses (...) in it which makes it somewhat useless
but maybe that is a known issue or something.

I don't think the user should get any dialogs if it is an error page with
a link to something to help them, but I can understand the security
concerns, and maybe we can't get around it.
