Hi,

Works fine here. It seems your kdenetwork/CVS or kdenetwork/admin/CVS 
directory is fscked up... Try to rm -rf kdenetwork/admin and the a cvs up, 
cvs up -A or, if both fail, to rm -rf kdenetwork before the cvs co 
kdenetwork.
