About that goal: I noticed that the majority of normal people (girlfriend, 
mom, sister, father, coworkers) simply don't bother with the wizard because 
they don't see the need for it. They see the working KDE environment in the 
background and think "this is working, why do I again need to think?" As a 
wishlist item, I'd like to suggest having the wizard float on a completely 
black (or whatever) background (like the mandrake desktop setup wizard 
thingie). I think it would make people think "ok, one more step to get it 
working".
