KDataTool needs the trader to find the available datatools, and the trader
is in ksycoca (the future all-in-one kio), which is above kdeui.

The fix is quite simple, once more: this is the second reason why KEdit
should be moved out of kdeui, into kio. IIRC the first reason was the
regexp editor, which needs KTrader too.
