The remove menu item would very nice and could work for both applets and
extensions. But I think the best way to get this feature is to implement it
;-) (my excuse is I have exams, what is yours?)
As a side node on removing with RMB on arrows, why isnt this possible with
kicker itself? I've had to kill kicker on a few occasions, where this could
have saved a launched konsole, but I admit it a only a feature for developers.
