I've just tried it. I can't remember who pointed this site out, but this site 
has lots of nice examples:

Just running ksvg over a few of the examples on this list:

http://www.zvon.org/HowTo/Output/cat_sec_SVG_animation.php

Produced a few problems of bad renderring.
