Indeed. I never put '.' in my path.

I did cvs up -A admin/, rpm -e libtool, then re-ran 'make -f
Makefile.cvs' and all is well.

Perhaps running 'make -f Makefile.cvs' used the system-installed libtool to
create admin/ltmain.sh ?
