Is it a bug in kwin that if a window does showFullScreen(); and then 
showNormal();, that it's caption gets an extra " - Appname" appended?  It 
seems that KWin does this anyways (well, I couldn't track it down anywhere 
else).  I temporarily made a workaround of calling setCaption() again after 
showNormal();, but this isn't very nice.
