You might want to have a look at kdesdk/kbabel/kbabeldict/dictionarymenu.cpp
It does lots of stuff with KAccel and QAccel (and assumes one inherits
from the other), I don't have enough knowledge to port it.

Other candidates are
kdepim/karm/kaccelmenuwatch.cpp:65: no matching function for call to
`KAccel::changeMenuAccel (QPopupMenu *&, int &, KStdAccel::StdAccel &)'

and kdegames/libkdegames/kstdgameaction.cpp:193: no method `KAccel::stringToKey'
(even after adding kstdaccel.h and kaccel.h)
