Why? I still see your patch with a non-fixed font when I view it.

That IMHO belongs into the View menu.

Because it contains the custom key bindings. You should increase the version 
number of the file, when you change a .rc file.

Ok, you make it also working in the composer and for viewing of the message 
source and attachments and I commit it. Can we agree on this :-)
