in KDevelop I updated the changes (except some guys are complaining about 
cross-compiling and the enable-embedded stuff still) by changing the HEAD 
admin, just the version number of Qt that is minimal; then packed it up into 
the admin.tar.gz package of KDevelop. Would be nice to have additional tests

Also, I discovered several packages where this doesn't seem to work too well 
and an update to the new admin is required for a compilation it seems.
