Hi,

They are already on their way to achieving that.  This will be just a nice justification 
or excuse for doing it.  "But the W3C allows such things!".  Nice scheme.  If think your 
attempt to control the highways might fail, simply attempt to control the process and the
people that control the highway in the first place...
