The code for sending a window to another desktop is in kwin/workspace.cpp.  
Specifically, void Workspace::sendClientToDesktop( Client* c, int desk ).  
Does anyone know of any special flag that kicker has that can be test for?  
Or should kicker be set to 'sticky'?
