Well the title says it all.  If one uses createGUI() and the ui.rc file is 
not available, then it basically ends up with the app segfaulting.  Is there 
any way that I can find out if KMainWindow::createGUI() fails?  It returns 
void right now which basically means "no" in a direct sense, but perhaps 
there is a hack I can use for now.

I suggest this be changed for 3.0.
