It might also help cover Boud's use case of a user support method for peopl=
e with queries before the report a bug.

I love using discourse and am totally in favor of using it. It has so
much more enjoyable UX than just about any other forum software I've
ever had to use. And the ability to bridge the divide between what
developers use (email) and what users use (forum) is a dream come
true!
