All components that are part of Qt for Application development must be 
published under an opensource license compatible with the new agreement within 
3 months.

The Qt Quick Compiler is deprecated and the Qt Company is obliged to provide 
an improved opensource implementation of such a component as part of the Qt 
Free Edition before the end of 2016.
