Would it be possible to integrate Github pull requests with reviewboard?
For example, if someone submits a pull request, have a bot automatically
post it to reviewboard and post a comment on the Github side with the link.
That way, contributions through Github are accepted (without the initial
hurdle of signing up for an account), but it guides the contributor to KDE
infrastructure for discussion and review.
